VarioCAM® hr head 400 (600) Series cameras are designated for utilization in solutions for metallurgy. There is also the possibility of installation VarioCAM® HD head cameras with higher resolution.


Resolution of VarioCAM ® hr head 600 Series cameras is 640x480 pixels, resolution of VarioCAM ® HD head is 1024x768 pixels.	Thermal imaging cameras are equipped with interchangeable lenses with different focal length for adaptation in different environment.	Housing is designed for operation at high temperatures and pollution. For this purpose the housing is equipped with lens cooling and cleaning system using compressed air. Before compressed air input into the housing it subject to purification with an external three-level filter.

Switching cabinet contains industrial computer with preinstalled software, monitor, control devices (keyboard and mouse) and a set of relay modules for power supply to the system and external devices.

For each system version (slag detection, monitoring of lining status) there is a special software package. Flexibly configurable software allows achieve high accuracy of measurement and processing of thermal images received from cameras.
